Our meat birds arrived right on schedule yesterday. The first thing they did was huddle in the corner not sure of their new premises.
Eventually they figured out the food and water locations and now are busy enjoying their new home.
Now that my truck is back on the road getting these "farm" jobs done is so much easier.
Today it's back to splitting and stacking wood and tomorrow a trip to the dump with a trailer load of junk we need to get rid of.
Up-date 6:45 a.m.
Just took water and food down to the chicks. All seemed happy and survived their first night with us without any problems.
