HERB DRYER

Mary collects and uses a lot of herbs in her kitchen. The challenge is drying them as we live on solar power and watch our consumption.


She found the solution at "Lee Valley" This hanging air dryer is perfect, dries the herbs without consuming any electricity.


It's made of an open weave material that has numerous shelves for drying herbs and folds up into a bag for storage. Perfect.


Looks like we are having barbecued chicken for Father's Day this evening.
